Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your party booking. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of confirmation.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the party date.
- Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received and a confirmation email is sent.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the party will not incur additional charges (deposit remains non-refundable).
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the party will be charged 50% of the total cost.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Party Location Requirements
- The party van requires a safe, legal parking space at or near the event location.
- It is the responsibility of the host to ensure we can legally park and operate at the chosen venue.
- Driveway use must be pre-approved. The driveway must be clear, flat, and accessible.
Children’s Supervision and Safety
- A responsible adult must be present at all times during the party.
- We do not accept responsibility for the supervision of children; this remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or end the party early if there is any aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
Medical and Allergy Disclaimer
- It is the host’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before the party.
- We use child-friendly, hypoallergenic products, but cannot guarantee that allergic reactions will not occur.
- We accept no liability for reactions caused by failure to disclose such information.
Liability
- We take every precaution to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.
- We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damage caused by children’s behavior or environmental conditions.
- Any damage caused to the van or equipment by party guests will be the responsibility of the host and may incur repair or cleaning charges.
Photography and Social Media
- We may take photographs during the event for promotional purposes. Please notify us in writing if you do not wish for any child to be photographed.
- No personal details will ever be shared with photos.
Weather and Unexpected Events
- In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., breakdowns, illness), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel with a full refund or alternative date offered.
